Reiki Energy Healing

Service Description

Reiki is an energetic healing practice which promotes relaxation, can reduce stress and anxiety and help with sleep and general well-being. It comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy. The practice is also referred to as hands on healing, as universal energy is channelled through the hands to help balance the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. A session will start with a quick consultation to determine where to channel focus, and then, using a light touch, or at times with hands hovering above the body, we work through your energy centres (chakras). This energy medicine is a gentle and non-invasive therapy. Sessions can be in my therapy space close by to Ericeira, in the comfort of your home, or I also offer distance healing over an online call.
