I’ve always been a free and curious spirit — drawn to explore beyond the normalities of collective reality and fascinated by life beyond the veil of maya (illusion).

My journey into bodywork began through yoga, I eventually trained as a teacher in 2016, and yoga has remained a foundation for both my personal growth and my understanding of consciousness beyond the physical self.

Over time, my curiosity deepened into the realm of energy and subtle bodies. I became fascinated by the chakras — the body’s energetic centres — and spent years self-studying and exploring how energy moves through us.
In 2019, while studying literature in Scotland, I completed my first Reiki initiation. During this period, I immersed myself in meditation, Buddhist philosophy, and other esoteric practices. Later I developed my meditation practice even deeper through a 10 day silent vipassana meditation retreat, which profoundly deepened my understanding of presence, impermanence, and the quiet intelligence of the body.

Before, during, and after my academic years, I travelled widely — living, teaching, and learning in many countries. I was born in Germany and raised mostly in England, later living in Spain, Scotland, Australia, Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, and now Portugal, which I call home. I also travelled through Central America, Asia, North Africa, and much of Europe — each place shaping my understanding of culture, energy, and connection.

My passion for healing touch & massage emerged later, growing naturally from my background in yoga and energy healing. I began studying Thai yoga massage, which deepened my appreciation for how energy and physical form interact — how patterns in the body reflect and influence our inner worlds. From this I expanded into offering therapeutic oil massages using a range of techniques from ayurvedic to deep tissue. Always my focus has been how to connect deeply with the body and invite healing through nervous system relaxation, and deep nourishment on all levels.

Today, I live near Ericeira, offering treatments and movement classes. My classes are creative and intuitive, blending conscious flow with balance, strength, breath-work, and meditation. I believe yoga is for every body, and my teaching is soft, explorative, and inclusive.

I also share my knowledge of bodywork through small workshops while continuing to study and grow. The more I learn about the body, or energetic systems, and our connection to the divine, the more I realise how much there is yet to discover.
I am forever a student — devoted to learning, growing, and helping others come into presence within their body and being.
